Questions about plans
What counts as a scan?
One scan turns a batch of photos (up to your plan’s limit) into one organized note. A PDF or pasted text also uses one scan. Each month you also get some Precise photos, our most accurate mode; after those, your scans keep working with Fast notes. Everything refills on the 1st, and a scan that fails doesn’t count.
How do I pay?
Checkout happens on Whop, our payment partner. Plans are charged in US dollars every month. The prices on this page are shown in your currency at today’s exchange rate; your bank’s own rate may differ a little.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Plan and usage and choose “Cancel subscription.” You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I switch between Basic and Pro?
Yes. Pick the other plan on Plan and usage. Your new plan starts right away, and your old one stops renewing.
What happens to my notes if I go back to Free?
They stay yours. Your notes, quizzes, flashcards and groups don’t go anywhere. Only the monthly limits change.
What’s always free?
Writing notes yourself, drawing, the 250 student tools, and study groups are free on every plan.
